NC - The Peace College volleyball team fell to Greensboro
College tonight by scores of 24-30, 14-30, 28-30.
Once again, sophomore Nicole Corn led the Pacers with
7 kills on 20 total attacks with 1 error for a hitting
percentage of .300. Corn also led the defensive effort
collecting 9 digs. Entering the match, Corn
was one service ace short of tying the season record
at Peace. She tallied just one ace the entire match
and tied the former record of 55 set by her coach, Heather
Sulkowski in 2000.
Peace moves to 12-14 overall (1-8 USA South) and will
resume USA South action again on Saturday as they host
Ferrum College at 11:30 and Methodist College at 7:00
pm on the campus of Peace College.
