Raleigh, NC--Peace competed in the pairs' first-ever cross country dual meet at Meredith College. The Pacers entered two runners in the race. First-year Amanda Etheridge finished 8th with a time of 28:45.00. Junior Ashley Simms was injured during the run and unable to complete the 5K course.

The Pacers travel next to Greensboro, NC on October 27 to compete in the USA South Conference Meet at Hagen Stone Park.
