Greensboro, NC--First-year runner Amanda Etheridge competed in the USA South Conference meet Saturday for the Pacers. Her teammate junior Ashley Simms was injured in the final meet of the regular season and did not compete. Etheridge finished 46th of 59 runners with a solid time of 35:02.7 in the 6k race at Hagen Stone Park. Coach King looks to continued improvement from this first-year collegiate success.

Simms earned All-Sportsmanship honors for the Pacers. This new award recognizes one member of each competing school. These Pacer student-athletes look forward to a solid recruiting class and a chance to improve next season as a team. Check out this USA South link for results.
