Long Named to USA South Softball All-Tournament Team

Burlington, NC—The USA South tournament staff announced all-tournament selections today.  First-year Pacer Courtney Long (Nakina, NC) earned the program’s first selection in softball for her strong production on the field during the 2008 conference tournament at Springwood Park.  Long finished with a combined 5-12 at the plate and 10 assists with only 1 error in the field.  Long hit a triple in the win over Shenandoah.
