Peace College Tennis Players Earn All-Conference Honors

Fayetteville, NC-The USA South Athletic Conference office announced women's tennis end-of season honors today, and two Pacers earned recognition. Peace completed the regular season with a fourth-place league finish.

First-year Alexandra Kerin (Holly Springs, NC) earned placement on the first team All-Conference. Kerin led the team at number one singles (10-4) and doubles (12-4). Alejandra Cobian (Inglewood, CA) earned placement on the third team and also represents Peace on the league's All-Sportsmanship team for women's tennis.

Cobian played number two singles (10-5) and number one doubles (11-2) with partner Kerin most of the season. The Pacers face Christopher Newport University in the USA South quarterfinals in Burlington Friday, April 17. The match begins at 1:00 pm at the Burlington Tennis Center.
