League Leader Knocks Off Pacers

Burlington, NC-Regular season league leader Methodist University knocked the Pacers out of the USA South conference tournament with a 9-0 sweep in today's semifinal round.  The Monarchs move on to Sunday's championship round versus Meredith College.  Methodist defeated the Angels 5-4 during the regular season.

Number three doubles pair Katherine Lamb and Jilliary Trogdon battled for a win but fell 8-5 to Monarch's Cameron Tinkham and Heather Brayton.  The Methodist singles proved too tough for Peace.
