Pacer Times Improve

Greensboro, NC--Four Peace College runners competed in the Greensboro College Invitational Saturday at Hagen-Stone Park. Lynchburg College led the race for Division III women's teams, followed by Salem, Guilford, Meredith, and Greensboro Colleges. Peace Ferrum, and Methodist did not score as a team but entered individual runners in the race.

Senior Ashley Simms (Raleigh, NC) led the pace for Peace finishing 22nd among female Division III participants. Junior transfer Bethany Vance (Raleigh, NC) finished 38th with her best time yet of 00:26:09.9. Ashley Dellinger and Kate Douglass also ran for the Pacers.

Peace co-hosts the Raleigh Women's Invitational Saturday, October 18, at WakeMed Soccer Park. The race begins at 10:00 am. See you on the sidelines!
