Peace begins Cross Country season
Wilmington, N.C. – The Peace Pacers began their 2011 Cross Country season by participating in the Seahawk Invitational, a 5 K run featuring Division I and Division II teams from across the state.
Freshman Tirzah Hansen and Christina Hawes made their collegiate debut in the race. Hansen led Peace with a time of 27:01.90 while Hawes clocked in at 34:00.83.
Next up for the team is the Greensboro XC Invitational on September 24th.
